Error message: Connection lost

The Connection Lost error message is an alert that you are no longer connected to the game. 

Try to refresh the page to see if your connection restored.

A disconnection typically occurs because the Internet connection is interrupted or the game has been left idle for too long. 

To minimize your risk of being disconnected from the game:

• Play on a stable Internet connection, such as broadband or WiFi. 3G/4G connections are less consistent.
• Don't let the game sit idle. If it has been open in a browser tab for a while-while you were not actively playing, refresh the page to ensure you are still connected.
