I purchased an item in the game but haven't received yet, What shall I do?

If you purchased an item but did not receive it and would like a credit in the game, please send a message to our Support team by pressing on 'Support' in the in-game menu. 

Also, relaunching (close and reopen) the game app should help you with this matter. Hope this troubleshooting step will clear the problem you have. Please note that sometimes currency counters can't be updated immediately.

Alternatively, if you would like a full refund, please click here to contact Apple directly. Please note that only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account.
